Size unknown - see measurements in item specific,

Please note that this is a very dark navy blue, it is almost black 

I am stating that it is silk, but that is a guess.  It could be a rayon.

It is fully lined,  lining has discolored some with age

Bodice is a princes cut, boat neck. The sleeves are not set in, but more of a raglan style. 

Some draping in the skirt.

Please note that the model is a size 2 and is 5'5" tall
