1) Recording of Mobil Fidelity's extremely rare high-quality cassette tape sound source, which was released in the United States in 1986.

2) 1967 US Capitol 8-track cartridge sound source recorded in original playback order.

3) Includes direct master sound source from 1967 British Parlophone 4-track reel tape.

4) 1972 British EMI8 track cartridge sound source recorded in original playback order.

The first half of CD1 contains a high-quality cassette tape sound source that is currently difficult to obtain, and was released exclusively at MFS (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) in the United States in 1986. Mobil, which originally cut the master copy from the UK under the title of "original master recording" and sold a limited edition high-quality sound record, also produced cassette tapes. Unlike record boards, it is possible to play the master sound source without needle sound noise, so although it attracted attention, only a few were released, so it is now an extremely rare collector's item that is traded at a very high price. It contains a sound source unique to analog that reproduces the sound image and sound quality unique to the original stereo, which is mixed differently from the later remastered CD. The second half of CD1 contains an 8-track stereo cartridge sound source made by Capitol in the United States at the time of its release in 1967. Cartridge tape, which was in demand in the United States as a car stereo even though it was an extinct format before the cassette tape, is recorded in a different playback order than the record due to recording time. It can be said that it is a valuable sound source as a record of the era when the 1960s was revived even though it was a cartridge tape with a sense of incongruity that ignored the original and a low-fidelity sound quality. The first half of CD2 contains a stereo sound source from a 4-track reel tape released in 1967 in the UK in both stereo and mono as well as records. Recorded with the highest sound quality British original stereo master peculiar to analog engraved on the reel tape at that time. You can hear the texture of the sound that is slightly different from the record board, and the difference from the United States. The second half of CD2 contains the British EMI 8-track stereo cartridge sound source released later than Capitol in the United States. As in the United States, due to the recording time, the songs are recorded in the playback order unique to the cartridge, which is different from the record. I guess. Nowadays, reel tapes and cartridge sound sources are difficult to obtain as items and the playback itself is a high hurdle. As an audio reference that allows you to listen and compare the differences in sound collectively, it is a highly recommended latest collector's edition that summarizes the tape sound source that will be a sister edition following the analog record collection.
