Pretty Navy woolen MINI pirate hat with tan pleated trim, navy ostrich feathers with pheasant feathers, two tan bows, navy cocarde with a sparkly jewel center. There is an elastic strap that goes under your hair at the nape of your neck. This hat is more of a 3/4 size hat that sits on top of your head and not down on your head like a regular hat. The hat measures about 11"x10" wide and the inside circumference of the hat is about 20". Check out my other hats. Again, this is a mini pirate hat.
