Jour d'Hermes by Hermès is a Floral fragrance for women. Jour d'Hermes was launched in 2013. The nose behind this fragrance is Jean-Claude Ellena. Top notes are Grapefruit, Lemon and Watery Notes; middle notes are White Flowers, Gardenia, Green Notes and Sweet Pea; base notes are Musk and Woody Notes

To use you just twist the top handle away from the padlock

And push it down which click opens the bottom tray to replace the perfume

I do believe you can still purchase refills at Hermes (4 fragrances were available)

In excellent condition (bit of stain damage to the base of the box)
