You will get all day cooling.  Re-soak if crystals begin to shrink.  Store in the refrigerator wrapped in paper towels. Wear for those hot days outside doing yard work, sporting events, hiking or camping, or if you work outdoors.  Wear indoors on a hot day.  Great for hot flashes.  Can also be used for your dog to keep them cool. 

Reusable for years.  Hang to dry when not using and re-soak when you are ready to use it again.  You may hand wash with a small amount of soap - rinse and hang to dry.

These can also be used warm.  Soak as usual in hot water.
