I am selling this for my brother and I don't know much about lenses.  But this is marked as a Panagor Auto Tele Lens lens.  1:28=135mm.  Also included is the case for it and the strap.  As you can see, the case has some wear.  What you see is the actual USPS charge as I do not charge a handling fee.
