50's  60's  era.    Nice.  Measures 11" across  x   4 1/4" deep.   With handle down it is 3 1/2" high. 

With handle extended it is  10" high.   Unmarked but could be  Rialto brand.   Pretty flowers on lid and handles.

Great condition.   Weighs 1 1/2 lbs.  Solid.  No chips, cracks, scuffs or nicks.
