This is an antique Victorian blouse.
Color is hard to capture, but second photo is closest to accurate. It is a pretty unique lemony-yellow cotton with natural tan crocheted lace inlay.
Buttons down the center back.

AS FOUND CONDITION -- blouse has quite a few issues; one sleeve is just about torn off, being held on with pins; a few tears in the lace; lots of original mends in the cotton; missing button.
I have not laundered or dry cleaned this garment.
