I have a series of these Chinese artisian hand cut paper cuts. This one is a Traditionally dressed ball player with dragon topped pillar.  Bright Red.  Very detailed and one of a kind.  Brown paper on white background.  These are under glass frame.   8" x 11".  Signed.  Some yellowing to the background but the cut looks sharp and intact.  You can see two dark marks; one is near his shoulder and the other is near his foot.  The one at the foot looks to be a slub.  There is a chip in the glass - bottom left - see photos.
