1994-1997 Ford Full-Size Pickup 19 gallon DIESEL ENGINE ONLY side, metal fuel tank(tank is approx. 56" long) sending unit. Includes a new lock ring and O-ring. Will NOT work with Gas engines. Verify that your wiring harness plug matches the one in our last picture shows. We have had less than .02% of units sold since October 2017 state their plug was different in diameter. At this time, there are no other male/female harnesses/plugs available. A different sized plug does NOT constitute a defective claim.

This sending unit does NOT come with the "funnel filter." If your original filter is no longer useable, you will need to purchase a replacement filter. I now have an aftermarket supplier making this filter. Find the filter by checking out my eBay store using part # FMFF-1 . The OEM Part # for this filter is: E5TZ9J306BA.

*Ford utilized a 16/17 gal. metal fuel tank as well in these diesel F-250/F-350 trucks, this sending unit will not physically fit in the shorter side tank. The correct sending unit for the 16/17 gal. fuel tank is TREXFMSU-9DES The 16/17 gal. fuel tank measures approx. 42" long.

*Ford also offered an OEM plastic fuel tank(+/- 23 gal.) that utilized a plastic/nylon threaded nut to secure the sending unit to the tank, this is NOT the correct sending unit for that application. We now offer the OEM plastic 23 gal. REAR plastic gas tank sending unit: TREXFMSU-14DEP
