The book is in good condition. The dust jacket is also in good condition. 111 black and white photographs.

The successful bidder will pay 7.95 for USPS Media Mail shipping. Priority shipping is available but will be extra depending on size, weight and destination.

 

Regarding combined shipping, I charge .75 cents per pound for additional books.  This generally works out to $1.50 extra for octavo or ordinary sized books and $2.00 to $3.00 extra for oversized volumes.  To get the combined rate you should wait until you receive your invoice.
