Here is a vintage/old oak "Library Bureau" file box with once drawer.  It is 4 1/2" high and 6 1/2" x 13 1/4" across.  It is missing the pole that would go down the center and into the piece that would move around to hold the cards in place.  There are some marks and some tinie dings, overall, very nice with the original finish.  It weighs about 5 lbs.
