This item was not tested with headphones, only the speaker sound on the synthesizer.

This synthesizer is in excellent shape and is very clean.

Comes with the bag and the manual. The bag has not been clean and is a little dirty. But, even without being cleaned, the bag is pretty clean, as can be seen in the pictures.
