Antique hand painted porcelain 8 1/2" plate that features multicolored roses.
The plate background is a dark green with a white center and a gold design around the edge. The roses are very beautiful.
The plate is marked on the bottom Germany and what appears to be Royal Sotha.
The plate is in very good condition. No chips or cracks. There is some black smudges on the back side.
