1. We offer a 30days money or exchange for all of purchases. For a full refund, the returned item and all accessories must be in the original (unused) condition. We do not like unhappy customers therefore we will refund all money excluding the postage on any of these purchases (unless the item is faulty).
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchange or warranty service. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense

We have many warehousesin the USA.According to the customer's receiving address, the nearest warehouse is preferred to send the package.We use USPS/UPS/DHL  transport the package to ensure the delivery time of the package.
