We aim to have every order we receive shipped out the same working day.

As soon as your order is placed you will receive up to date notification about when your order will be picked and dispatched from our warehouse. We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Our cut off is 3PM Daily.

 If you require next working day delivery, please place your order before 3PM and select "NEXT WORKING DAY" during the checkout process

Warranty

First 30 Days

If your item develops a fault, we need to be made aware of the fault within 30 days in order to offer the full options of a refund, repair or replacement. Once we have received the details of the fault and confirmed how you would like this resolved, we will send full return instructions and provide a pre-paid shipping label. This will be valid for 30 days from the date on which the return has been raised.

The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was received in. We recommend using the same packaging that we used to send the item to you. If you no longer have this packaging, please ensure that the item is packaged securely, in a box with some form of protection. If damage occurs due to poor packaging, the return could be rejected.

Once received, we will notify you and then proceed with inspecting and testing the item. Please be aware that this can take 1-3 working days to complete. If the fault described cannot be replicated, we will contact you for further information and re-test. Please be aware that should the item be found fully working, it may be returned to you.

We will confirm the fault, then notify you of the solution process. You will be kept up to date with any repairs if this is the preferred option and will be notified once the item has been redispatched. If a replacement is preferred, this will be sent out as soon as the fault on the original unit has been confirmed and you will receive notification of this. For refund preferences, we will notify you when this has been processed and ask that you allow up to 3 working days for this to reach your account.

 

After 30 Days

If your item develops a fault after 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible with the fault details. A refund will not be offered in the first instance. Most of our items come with a 12 Month warranty, but please check this on your invoice. We will then email a return reference and instructions to you. Shipping for these returns is not covered, although a collection can be arranged at a cost of £25.

The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was received in. We recommend using the same packaging that we used to send the item to you. If you no longer have this packaging, please ensure that the item is packaged securely, in a box with some form of protection. If the returned item is returned to us with damage, the return will be rejected and the item returned.

Once received, you will be notified and we will begin testing the item, which can take 1-3 working days. Our technicians will contact you if they require any further information. When the fault has been confirmed, you will be advised of how the issue will be resolved and given a timeframe for this.

We may resolve the issue by either repairing the item or replacing the item in the first instance. We do not offer an immediate refund for returns that are raised after 30 days of purchase. You will be informed when the repaired item or replacement item has been dispatched to you.

Warranty is from the purchase date and will continue on from purchase date, regardless of any repairs or replacements.

 

Void Warranty

As mentioned above, warranty will be void if the item is damaged. We can offer a quote for a paid repair in these circumstances.

Further to this, any repairs or upgrades that are not carried out by ourselves will void warranty. Your item must NOT be opened up or taken apart by either yourselves or any third party repair companies.

The warranty we offer is with ourselves and we must be the first point of contact if a fault develops.
