17/4/48. Rare VIP edition with a card cover. The two holes are not punched holes, they would have held the ribbon which is absent. Old tape stains inside but no damage, so was probably used to hold the ribbon in place. Scores noted and a bit grubby to rear, otherwise in good condition.
