Up for bid is a hand painted Chinese porcelain spoon, likely
Guangxu or early Republic period. The spoon
is 4 7/8 inches long and 1 ¾ inches wide.
The interior has a pattern of green scrolls on a red ground with a white
lotus flower. There are rough spur marks
on the back. There are no marks.
Condition on the spoon is very good. There is no damage, just minor wear to the
enamels. A fine little Chinese porcelain
spoon!
