This is an original World War Two US Army Curtiss P-40 Warhawk Pilot's Throttle Quadrant Assembly. This quadrant has the throttle lever with the microphone push button made of brass. It has the propeller lever and the mixture lever. On the side is the round friction knob.The Curtiss P-40 is a famous fighter aircraft from WW2. It was at Pearl Harbor and shot down several Japanese attacking aircraft. It was used by the famous Flying Tigers. It fought the Germans in North Africa and continued to be used all through the war. Today it is a prized warbird. It is 13 x 8 x 5 inches.This item is being sold as a collectable. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made.
