~~~ ANTIQUE COALPORT "RIBBON" LUNCHEON PLATES ~~~
Antique English porcelain, set of eight luncheon plates in the 6337 pattern Turquoise Ribbon pattern.  The plates measure 8 7/8" or 22.5 cm in diameter.
The plates feature a white ground with a border of turquoise bows and ribbons and small pink roses throughout, and they are further accented with gold verge on the edges and inner rims.
They are marked on the verso " England Coalport A.D. 1750 ", along with the " Bailey Banks & Biddle Co. Philadelphia " and the pattern number 6337.
The set is in good condition for its age, there is crazing on one plate and one has a small 1/16" tight surface hairline ( please view photos), there are also some minor utensil marks, mentioned for accuracy.
This is a beautiful set of antique English plates worthy of collecting!
The ribbon and bows design of these lovely plates are gorgeous!
