This universal SCART/RGB cable is for use all NTSC and PAL PC Engine and Turbo Grafix/Turbo Duo consoles. Packapunch, wired for sync over composite.

Brand new in factory sealed packaging. Made very recently by Retrogamingcables in the UK. Cable is approximately 6 ft long.  

According to the Manufacturer:

SCART cable for an RGB modified PC Engine duo and TurboGrafx-16 console which uses an 8 pin DIN socket (circular). This cable is wired using the following pin assignment. Wired to the following Specs:

Wired for sync over composite video to give the best picture possible, and also may reduce the jail-bar effect.
