This is a Vintage Conn Strobotuner ST-8.

It weighs 14 lbs 13 oz.  

This tuner is fit for electric guitar. It is in good cosmetic condition, and it turns on. However, the power switch does not light up (even though it turns on) and it is not picking up the sound from the instrument. This item is for project only.
