1928 $100 Federal Reserve Note, from the relatively scarce Minneapolis district, with green seal and serial numbers.  

This is the popular so-called 'numeral' note because these 1928-era FRNs featured a number inside the district seal, rather than the letters which followed in later versions.

PCGS Banknote has graded this note XF 40 PPQ, with the distinction of Premium Paper Quality.

Friedberg # is 2150-I; serial # is I00039467A.  Signatures are Woods and Mellon.
