This is part of the "Greg Eide" Collection. He started Eide's Entertainment back in 1972 and it has become the most prominent comic shop in the region. He was an avid DC collector and this book was part of his lifetime collection.
Color break at bottom staple on front cover is not a tear, it is a crease with color loss. 2 inch crease line in bottom right corner of back cover not seen in scan due to being in white margin. 1 inch tear on top of centerfold page.
