Also 2 copies of an October 1907 bill for a box of cigars, bar tab, and a lunch. Billed to The Brotherhood of Railway Clerks #56, of Rochester NY. Marked paid and signed by G.W. Johnson.
The letterhead is dated December 17, 1907, and references the bill from October. It is addressed to James T. Dunn, Secretary & Treasurer of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks #56. The letter is signed by fellow union member Bud H. Reynolds.
The billheads consist of the original and a copy which was obtained from the hotel in December of 1907.
The 4th document is a cash disbursement receipt from the Order of Railway Clerks of America, Local #56, in Rochester NY. It is signed by Chief Clerk Bird H. Reynolds, the same person who signed the letter. Interesting pieces of hotel and railroad history!
