Returns
If you are anything less than THRILLED with your product, contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging to receive a full refund. Once the return is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise total MINUS any applicable shipping fees. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.
Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. Returns must be shipped back in the original package with all of the product packaging.
