It is unusual as it has a double fringe. Approximately 15 cm X 130cm.

Burberry 100 percent Cashmere England label, as can be seen. 

Possibly vintage,in any case not new, has been worn,so please bear in mind. It is a lovely shade of pink, as photos show.
