Payment is required within 3 days, otherwise the item may be cancelled.

On all eBay listings PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.

On multi purchase orders please ask for an invoice so we can reduce the postage (this service is NOT available on the eBay app)

We try and send out all items purchased before 2pm the same day.

Items are posted Monday to Friday (except Bank Holiday) we use Royal Mail 2nd class as standard, large letters are scanned at point of delivery and packets are Tracked, we also use MyHermes (3-5 days).

Other services are available 1st Class, tracked 24 and signed, there is an extra charge for these services.

Shipping is to the registered ebay address only, unless we have had received and acknowledged an ebay message from the purchaser.

Our returns policy on all items is 30 days.

Our journey started back in October 2009 when our local uniform shop was closing, Steve (Group Chair) & Craig (Group Scout Leader) decided that local Scouts still needed to purchase uniform locally and opened a Saturday morning shop called Folkestone & Hythe District Scout Shop. 

We decided to launch on eBay in 2010 under the name Shop4Scouts, we were approached by local Girl Guide groups asking if we would be able to supply there uniform too and the business started from there, later in 2010 we approached Vango to supply our Tents, Sleeping Bags, Ruc Sacs and accessories and our range continued to grow.

In 2011 we decided to go Ltd and Shop4Scouts Ltd was formed, customers were asking for different items and more range, we then teamed up with Kampa, to provide more accessories. 

Moving forward some years we still stay true to our roots, supplying Scouts & Guides with uniform and offering them different products.

In 2017 we decided to enhance our MRE (Meals ready to eat) range, we now stock over 250 meals from over 12 companies from wet, freeze dried & dehydrated we also supply day & 24hr ration packs.

2018 saw us look at the name shop4scouts, we decided to launch a new look for 2019 with 4Adventures, this took away the Scout element from the name and became more inclusive for every one on an Adventure, so if you’re a Rainbow going to your first meeting, a Cub Scout going on your first camp, a Leader holding your first meeting or going on your first D of E hike 4Adventures is the place for you.
