For sale is a Antique 19th century ship captain’s Pewter Table inkwell. Its very large base dish provides the stability needed of such item on a bumpy ship ride. There is a pewter mark on the lid but not legible.

This example measures 6” in diameter for the base and about 2.25” tall. Excellent condition. No damage of any kind is detected. Age appropriate surface wears and imperfections are to be expected. Please check photos from all angles for details condition.
