Payment&Returns

Payment must be made within 5 days after the end of the auction. If payment has not been completed, we will cancel the transaction.

One year manufacturer warranty for defective items (excluding misused items). Accessories come with a 1 month warranty.

If the buyer requests a return, if there is no quality issue of the item they received, the return postage must be paid by the buyer.

If the item is damaged or defective on arrival, the buyer can either request a refund or a replacement and the postage will be paid by us, in the meantime the item must be returned.

We are not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for all returns. Items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be processed.
