This is a beautiful lidded bowl or tureen ( I’m really not sure what to call this piece) which is made of fine white porcelain made in Italy. This bowl and lid has capodimonte which is the applied decorative ridge that I pointed out in a photo. You can see lots of gold with strips of pink and pale blue with a flur de lid type knob on the lid. The piece is in excellent condition for its usage and age, there are a few tiny flea bites on the inside rim of the lid ,a few scuffs and a couple of natural flaws in the glaze which I did point out in my photo. The piece measures 7 inches from side to side with a circumference of 23 1/2 inch and is 9 inches tall. Please look at the photos closely and ask any questions that you may have prior to purchase.
