“Milk thistle meal powder, 100 gr" is an effective remedy for maintaining the functions of the liver, biliary tract and gastrointestinal tract.

Milk thistle meal improves metabolic processes in the liver, increasing its resistance to adverse conditions; accelerates the restoration of liver cells after damage (exposure to alcohol, carcinogens, fat peroxides, preservatives, dyes contained in food) and infectious diseases; prevents the destruction of liver cells and stabilizes cell membranes.

Directions for use and doses

Adults: 1 teaspoon of powder (2.0 g) per day with meals as a dietary supplement - a source of flavolignans. Consumption of 2.0 g per day of milk thistle meal satisfies the adequate intake level of flavolignans (silibin) by at least 200% (at least 60 mg), but does not exceed the upper tolerable intake level (80 mg). We recommend taking it with water, or stirring the meal in kefir, yogurt, or adding it to a prepared dish: porridge, salad, soup.

Duration of treatment - 1 month.
