Item is 40 pages, measures appr. 5" x 7" and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION; covers and all pages are complete and intact. Flaws include; spine tearing on the inside title page (see photo); pencil marks and scratches on the top edge of the first few pages; and light cover wear, with scratches, scuffs, and minor staining.
