Vintage 1993 Street Kids 10" Plush Stuffed Animal Toy In Box

Socks was President Clinton's pet cat that was a stray car adopted by his daughter Chelsea, and lived in the White House during the Clinton administration.  The cat has a plush body and hard plastic head.  Still strapped in place and has the tag on the collar. The box has a cool printed background depicting the United States Capital building.
