Lovely Old Paris Cobalt blue and gold cup and saucer from 1800’s
The cup has an incised mark VP (Veuve Perrin?) and 21. 

The saucer has incised VP and VII.
Excellent condition. No crack, chips or repairs. 

Normal signs of wear on gold.
