This program was for an exhibition game between the NHL Toronto Maple Leafs and the WHL Spokane Comets.

A wonderful piece of hockey history.

1961 - while I could not find an exact date in the program, a "Player of the Nite" feature in the program on the Comet's Bev Bell, indicates this is his 4th year in Spokane and that last year he scored 28 goals.  This puts this game in the 1961-1962 season.
