PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. All
major credit cards are accepted. Item will not ship until payment
clears.
**All items will be sent to the address on file with Ebay. If
your address has changed, please correct it before completing your
payment. ***Seller will not be responsible for shipping to an
incorrect address, and we will not ship to an alternate address that is not on
your account.
Orders ship Monday-Friday, 1 business days - after payment
has been received. All orders are shipped via USPS, USPS
Priority, First Class, Ground Advantage or Media Mail.
Please understand that once your order leaves our shop, we
have no control over shipping. No refunds
will be given for packages that we mail out on time yet are not delivered on
time by the carrier.
***If your order is not delivered, please contact
your local post office with your tracking number.
We believe in recycling and will reuse packaging and
packing materials.
RETURN POLICY: Contact us within 3 days
of delivery if there is a problem.
NOTE: All
returns are managed on a case by case basis
and will not be processed without clearance from the seller - in
advance. Items must be shipped
back within 7 days of delivery and should be packaged in the same manner as the
item was delivered. Damage to item that is shipped back due to lack of
packing is the responsibility of the buyer.
Customer pays return shipping for any purchase unless the
purchased item is delivered damaged. In
this case, a claim will need to be filed with the delivery company. Packaging will be needed to verify damage so
do not discard packaging.
Refunds are only for the purchase price minus any shipping
and handling fees. Returned items must be in original condition, showing no
signs of wear or use. Not containing any
nicks, scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the items. Items must
include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories or your
return will be subject to a return handling charge. Buyer is responsible
for any loss in value. If you received Free Shipping on
your order, the value of the uncharged shipping costs will be deducted from
your refund. Note there may be specific identification marks or security
labels to prevent tampering. IF these
are not present or have been removed, item will be deemed invalid.
Most of our items are vintage, pre-owned, and well loved,
please do not expect perfection. Contact us with any questions you
might have before purchasing. All items are sold
as-is. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Item that is pictured
in the listing is what you will receive. Please review photos.
Damaged items: If breakable items are
broken during the shipping process, pictures must be provided before a
refund will be issued. If no pictures are provided a refund will not be
issued. A refund will not be processed without clearance from seller
in advance. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful
evaluation of the photos and your returned item.
Disclaimer: We carefully
inspect every item that we sell for blemishes, stains, cracks, chips, crazing,
repairs, etc. We thoroughly describe and photograph any imperfections
that we find. On occasion, we may miss something, but never intentionally.
Please contact me if you find something that we may have missed so that we can
come to a reasonable solution. Most of our items are used vintage items
and will show some signs of their age. We are not an expert on any item
category that we sell, but we do our best. We try our best to evaluate,
test and provide the best photos we can so our buyers are fully aware and
educated on their purchase. However, there will be things that get past
us. We will do our best to give the most accurate descriptions and photos
that we can. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
NOTE: Some of our items may have security marks,
tapes or tabs for protection. If the tab/tape/mark
is removed and not on a returned item your return may be compromised.
