Foreign buyers note: Custom duties, fees, tax and any other charges that might apply are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. I will not enter incorrect item value information on any customs declaration form (it's illegal - so please do not ask). Make sure you do your own local research before bidding/buying so that you know what any fees are (if applicable) - and to be ready to pay them! Sales to buyers in EU Countries - from 1 July 2021 goods are sent on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid" (DDU) basis. DDU is where recipients in the EU pays any customs, duties and/or fees AFTER their goods have arrived in the destination country. In this scenario, local customs contact the recipient, who must pay any outstanding charges before their goods are released for final delivery. But note - I send most overseas small stamp lot items in a small handwritten (non-commercial) envelope.
Why not combine with other stamp lots (within 7 calendar days) and save on postage - request combined invoice BEFORE PAYING (sorry but too late afterwards - eBay will already have billed me for their sales fees from me including the postage!) then pay just the once!

These 'Estate' stamps have been removed from specialised collections that belonged to a very knowledgeable stamp collector friend - I am selling them for his widow. *Any stamp numbers and details on eBay listing Titles and on any stamp slips, etc. are NOT GUARANTEED to be accurate. However, they do show whatever information was included with the collection, so are PROBABLY(?) CORRECT. Sorry but I do not have enough spare time to check for perfs, watermarks, paper types, etc. CVs might not be accurate. ESTATE STAMP SALES: I’m selling stamp collections and loose mixed country stamp stock on behalf of the widow of a very good stamp collecting friend of mine who very sadly passed away in 2020. PLEASE BE VERY GENEROUS WITH ANY AUCTION BIDDING FOR THESE. Some have a fixed lowest BIN price (usually £1.99) regardless of Catalogue value simply because of the amount of time taken to research, scan, crop, list, package plus admin and trip to post office, etc. :)
I personally collect mostly Russian stamps (check my other [main] eBay account 'ruskystamps'), but not that knowledgeable on other World and British Commonwealth issues. This Lot is just one of many that I will be listing over the coming weeks and months (I have had 150+ albums and collections to work through). Shipping & Handling (S&H): Will try and combine stamp lots (when this is viable - max 7 calendar days) to save on S&H. Shipping costs usually net amount charged by the courier/Royal Mail plus a small amount extra for packaging materials such as stiff mailing envelopes. I obtain "proof of posting" with all orders sent but I do not accept any responsibility for items lost in mail unless buyer pays extra for insured service.
UK BUYERS: Items (or Lot totals) of £30 or more will normally be sent by Royal Mail "Signed-for" service charged to the buyer - typically £2.55 (depending on size and weight); items over £50 are sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" service charged to the buyer - typically £6.95.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Items (or Lot totals) of £30 or more are sent by Royal Mail "International Signed For" service charged to the buyer. Typical cost for Royal Mail "Standard Letter" size envelopes up to max 100 gms weight: Most EU countries £8.95; N. America £9.95. MORE if higher value, and/or over 100 gms; or the bulk requires a large stiffened mailing envelope. With Lot purchases over £30 (or total over £30), please WAIT FOR INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. Larger / heavier items will need to be sent by courier but we use the parcel discount broker www.parcel2go.com to keep your S&H costs down to a minimum.
