Touraine. Turonem sis Ducatus.

This is an uncolored, black and white engraving, presenting a map of the region around Tours, France.  The reverse includes a two page description, in German (or maybe Dutch) and in a typeface that looks like Fraktur, of the map on the obverse.  The map itself has an allegorical figure at the upper right, possibly representing "Abondance," or a similar concept, and a title cartouche at the lower left.  At the upper left is a list of "Les Isle de Loire," which apparently are numbered, from right to left, which is how the water flows, in a manner barely legible; and at bottom center is a "Scala Leucaram;" and your guess is as good as mine on this one.
