This can be a life counter for Magic the Gathering games, or used in any Table Top RPG as a Hit Point tracker. Or perhaps a minion tracker if you're the DM/GM of a game. The design makes it smooth and simple to move the individual dials without disturbing the others. The dials click into place so they're not doing any unwanted spinning while not actively being used. No amount of movement other than intentionally turning the dial will move the numbers. No assembly required.
