Used and in great/excellent condition (not perfect) a few minor surface scratches, a few blemishes and a little surface rust on the bottom. The A in Chicago is a little scuffed. sorry I do not have the key. Surely if desired it can be opened probably with a pocket knife. Measurements are approximately 4.5" x 2.5" x 3.75" and the weight is 1 pound 1 ounce. I thought this might be cast iron but it's probably tin because it's not magnetic.
