It is UNSIGNED, and is dated 1977
It is titled, "OEUVRES RECENTES", and shows a Stunning Floral Lithographic Poster Print for the 1977 Exhibition, that was held in Paris. It is a Limited Edition Lithograph.
SKIOLD, Birgit;
(Swedish, 1923-1982). Printmaker, Painter, Teacher, and Photographer. She
played a Leading Role in British Printmaking. Was Founder of one of the first
Print Workshops in Britain in 1958, and Founding Member of the Printmakers
Council in 1965. She taught and Influenced many of England’s Leading Artists.
She exhibited in many Countries, including Wisconsin, USA, 1964; Oxford, UK
1971; Wellington, NZ, and Geneva, Switzerland in 1974; Tokyo, Japan 1975,
Norway 1972, 1974, 1976, 1980; Stockholm, Sweden, 1974, 1980. Major
Retrospective Exhibitions were held in England in 1984, 1990, 2002. Her Art is
held in the V&A, and Tate Gallery in London, as well as Art Institutions
throughout Europe, and the USA.
It is unframed, and is brighter than the photos show, and is on WHITE Paper..
It is in Excellent Condition, on quality paper, and measures, 14 inch by 19 inch, (35.6cm x 48.3cm). (Image size).
