The Jazzmaster pickup was one of Seymour Duncansfavorite sounds during the '60s. He wore out manyphonograph needles listening to groups like TheVentures and players like Roy Lanham who got amazingsounds from the Jazzmaster. In combination with thefloating tremolo, the Jazzmaster pickup has a uniquetone that was heard on many mid- and late-'60s recordings.Check out album covers from the great '60s instrumentalbands and chances are, you'll see a Jazzmaster.
