A 1925 beaded white silk chiffon and peach velvet ribbon evening dress, one piece in construction. Net yoke with hand embroidered white silver glass beads in floral pattern. Bodice lined with white silk, skirt is unlined. Back opening with extensive hook/eye closures. Short split sleeves trimmed with narrow peach colored velvet ribbon trim ending with a small chiffon ruffle. Wide net band of silver beaded net at hem line of skirt. Double shoulder straps of peach velvet ribbon with same ribbon forms waistband with double row of chiffon ruffles.
Unlabeled.
Still retaining it sewn in fabric tag with museums catalog number for identification. Also dress comes with the museums paper report and owner donor name. This dress was deaccession for the Strong Museum clothing collection from Rochester, New York.

In very good condition. The bodice is lined in a fine white silk in very good condition. Light underarm discoloration spots with small holes.
