Please refer to photos for specifics on condition. Overall, really in great shape for age. There is a bit of wear on upper edge of front cover. Back cover has scuffing. Colors of front cover are bright and clear. No soiling. No weird smells. Book was stored in poly bag and it is nice and flat. I will ship in fresh poly bag and use a new board.
