Measuring about: 29" tall by 12" wide and 7" deep, this charming Dunham's Cocoanut doll house was originally a shipping crate to grocery stores for delivery of their shredded coconut product and had a secondary use as a doll house. (as shown in first 11 photos there are four 4 levels for room settings, (one floorboard is missing) kitchen, dining room. living room and bedroom. The walls and floors of each room are paper lithographed showing furniture, paintings, mirrors etc. Charming exterior shows stenciled brick walls and windows on one side. Top and bottom advertises the doll house and the manufacturer's name. There are stains and worn areas due to lots of play wear and storage. Normal two-part board separation at back. (needs one separation floorboard at bottom) No furniture is included. NO returns, being sold "as is". Other examples to be listed separately.
