F.I.T.C.O Halloween Fiber Optic Skull, as pictured. In good preowned and working condition. Selling for my mom, she purchased this many years ago. The paint on the base may have chipped off over time, she isn't sure, she can't remember if that was just the look of it or perhaps it just came off with age, regardless it still looks cool and displays well.
