《UNRELEASED SECOND ALBUM 1974+BONUS TRACKS》

[1CD]

``Beck, Bogart & Appice'' was the strongest rock trio in history, and although they were active for a short period of time from 1972 to 1974, they have now become legendary. Jeff Beck, a brilliant guitar hero in the British rock world, welcomes a transcendent rhythm section of Tim Bogart and Carmine Appice, formerly of Vanilla Fudge ~ Cactus, to create a super album that follows the footsteps of Jimi Hendrix Experience and Cream. ・Although they attracted attention as a trio, they ended their career after only two years, leaving behind their only original album. Regarded as the strongest rock trio at the time, their powerful and ferocious performances were recorded on ``Live in Japan'' in 1973 and at Rainbow in 1974, but their highly anticipated second studio album was not recorded. It remains unfinished and has not been published to date. At the Rainbow performance, five unreleased songs from the second album, "Satisfied," "Ruffin' Lady," "Solid Lifter," "This With," and "Get Ready," were performed live, but as studio recordings. Only one unreleased song, ``This With,'' was included in ``Becology'' in 1991. They were aiming for an album with a completely different flavor and direction from their first album and live shows, but they disbanded before it was completed. Considering Jeff Beck's subsequent musical journey, this is a turning point, and its content is of great interest. The sound source is known to collectors from the session tapes that have been leaked so far, but the sound quality was uneven and the sound was cut out, but this time it has been re-edited and the latest remastering has been done to make the existing studio session sound source 9. Complete recording of songs in best quality. In the second half, the two songs "Superstition" and "Morning Dew" from the Santa Monica performance that was broadcast on TV in 1973 on America's "ABC IN CONCERT" are included as bonus tracks on the stereo master from the FM radio broadcast that was simultaneously broadcast at the time. Recorded. Also included are single versions and four separate mixes. With the passing of Tim Bogart in 2021 and Jeff Beck in 2023, "Beck, Bogart & Appice" literally became a legendary rock trio. An attention-grabbing collector's item with a limited edition paper jacket that completely reproduces the phantom second album that was unreleased in 1974 for the first time in about 50 years! !
