Courier Service
We aim to deliver parts within 48 hours of dispatch, this is excluding some parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Ireland.
Tracking numbers are not automatically provided with our courier so if you require one please let us know after purchasing the item and we will share it with you.
Worldwide Delivery
we are part of the ebay global shipping program so all international postage quotes are given by ebay themselves. Parts are shipped by us to their global shipping warehouse where they then dispatch to yourselves.
If you have purchased an item from us and believe there is an issue with the part, please contact us so we can identify the problem and work with you to resolve it.
returns
If a part is purchased in error please return to us within 30 days in original condition, parts must not have been fitted or tested in any way.
Goods must be returned by the buyer and shipping cost paid for by the buyer.
Bigger parts are security marked so refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and originality confirmed.
A refund of the purchase price minus the postage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
we will always try and supply a replacement part where possible at our cost depending on the damage of the part.
No labour cost or garage fees will be covered under any circumstances.
