These pants are the "SWITCHBACKS" which means they are CONVERTIBLE - converting to shorts as the bottom half of the legs zip off
The waist measures approximately 28 inches with moderate pull on elastic waist band
Inseam measures approximately 29 inches to unfinished cuffs
Condition is used - nice - TEAR on left leg near pocket - needs several stitches with a needle and thread - see photos
